The project consists of the construction of a 0.5 million gallon per day (MGD) wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Phase 2 consists of the construction of a new Screening and Grit Structure, Moving Bed Bioreactors (MBBR) structure, Submerged Fixed Film Reactors (SFFR) structure, two thirty foot diameter final clarifiers, two cloth media filters, ultraviolet disinfection and an Effluent Pump Station, RAS /WAS Pump Station, Aerobic Digesters and Sludge Loading Station. Other work includes a new Operations / Lab Building, Chemical Feed Facility with all chemical piping, full electrical, SCADA and instrumentation and controls and ancillary piping.

RTD will be self-performed 75% of all the work including all slab on grade formwork, placing and finishing of all concrete, dewatering systems, excavation & backfills, site work, yard piping, installation of all process equipment and all process piping.
